Jennifer Crafton, NTP

My name is Jennifer Crafton, and I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I work closely with clients to help them identify their nutritional deficits and restore balance in their bodies through a nutrient-dense, whole food diet. I believe that the food we eat has the power to either hurt or heal our bodies. The nutrient-poor standard American diet (SAD), along with constant lifestyle stressors and environmental toxins, is the main cause of the many chronic conditions that plague our society. Our bodies are constantly seeking balance and have an amazing ability to heal when provided with the proper nutrients.

Nutritional therapy is a holistic approach to health and wellness that focuses on balancing the body's foundations, rather than just covering up symptoms. My goal as a nutrtional therapist is to empower my clients to bring their bodies into balance by eating delicious and nourishing foods that are appropriate for their individual needs. No two bodies are the same; therefore, there is no one size fits all approach to nutrition. Through targeted questionnaires and a functional evaluation, we will work together to find the dietary changes and supplemental nutrients that are right for your bioindividual needs.

I recieved my nutritional therapy certification through the Nutritional Therapy AssociationThe NTA's philosphy: That the myriad of health problems that plague modern society result from weaknesses in the body’s physiological foundations as a result of poor nutrition. As an education organization, NTA is dedicated to helping individuals and healthcare professionals understand and reverse the tragic and unsuspected effects of the modern diet on their patients and clients.
